73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards Nominations Announcement


We are just a few days away from the second biggest Award Show in Hollywood: The Golden Globe Awards. With all the hype building about who is going to take home the Golden Globe for Best Picture as well as all the other categories. The show is sure to be a lot of fun since Ricky Gervais is back as the host.

Below is the first lineup of presenters at this year’s show that we received via press release early this morning from Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Amy Adams (two-time Golden Globe Award winner and six-time award nominee), Jaimie Alexander, Patricia Arquette (Golden Globe Award winner and four-time award nominee), Jim Carrey (two-time Golden Globe Award winner and six-time award nominee), Jamie Foxx (Golden Globe Award winner and three-time award nominee), Mel Gibson (Golden Globe Award winner and three-time award nominee), Amber Heard, Bryce Dallas Howard (Golden Globe Award nominee), Kate Hudson (Golden Globe Award winner), Helen Mirren (three-time Golden Globe Award winner and fourteen-time award nominee, including 2016 nominee for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture), Julianne Moore (two-time Golden Globe Award winner and nine-time award nominee), Eddie Redmayne (Golden Globe Award winner and two-time award nominee, including 2016 nominee for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama), Kurt Russell(Golden Globe Award nominee), J.K. Simmons (Golden Globe Award winner), Channing Tatum and Olivia Wilde are the first round of presenters announced by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) for the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards.

Veteran host Ricky Gervais returns for the fourth time to host the high-profile ceremony that will air on Sunday, Jan. 10, LIVE coast to coast on NBC with the pre-show from 4-5 p.m. PST/7-8 p.m. EST, and main telecast from 5-8 p.m. PST/8-11 p.m. EST from the Beverly Hilton.

Produced by dick clark productions in association with the HFPA, the Golden Globe Awards are viewed in more than 210 countries worldwide and are one of the few awards ceremonies to include both motion picture and television achievements.

Lorenzo Soria is President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Allen Shapiro, CEO of Dick Clark Productions; Mike Mahan, President of dick clark productions; and Barry Adelman, Executive VP of Television at dick clark productions will serve as executive producers.
