Fandango FanShop and Hero Complex Present Art Inspired By ‘Thor: Ragnarok’

Fandango FanShop and Hero Complex Present Art Inspired By Thor: Ragnarok

Marvel Studios, Fandango FanShop and the Hero Complex Gallery in LA have partnered up for a very worthy exhibition to celebrate the release of Thor Ragnarok.

We Live Entertainment was able to check out the gallery that’s housing lots of exclusive artwork inspired by Marvel’s latest release. Thirty of some of pop culture art’s most popular illustrators have their work on display featuring the characters of Thor: Ragnarok. Attendees of the event that’s running in Los Angeles until November 5th will be able to see unique and fun Thor-themed installations that showcase the power of the ‘Revengers’: Thor, Hulk, Valkyrie, Loki and the film’s villain Hela.

The space is transformed into the inter-galactic and kooky worlds in Taika Waititi’s film and filled with amazing representations of the heroes and villains in the film. Part pop-up shop in conjunction with Hero Complex, the house of many amazing pop-culture inspired art shows, this event is another fantastic way that comic book and film enthusiasts can experience and shop for special and one of a kind art made for the fans by the fans.  It’s super cool because, with Fandango, the experience is expanding online in ways that readers at home and not in LA can to feel a part of the action as we gear up for the release of Thor: Ragnarok on November 3rd.

For Southern California locals, the exhibit is open Wednesdays through Sundays. The art showcase is free to the public, but you must RSVP at info@HCGArt.com. We totally recommend making a stop here if you can before the Fandango Pop-Up and Hero Complex Gallery collab ends. Even if you haven’t seen the film, this event will hype you up for the next Marvel Cinematic Universe feature and if you wait for the film to come out, you’ll have a couple days to get in on the action at the gallery. But go before, you never know what’s going to sell out. You know you want to!

It’s such a fun experience to see this art in person and the work that creators like Tracie Ching, 100 Soft, and Craig Drake contributed will make you wish you were super rich. The Craig Drake Valykrie and Hela posters are to die in debt for. And of course, 100 Soft’s take on Ragnarok is incredibly cute.

For folks at home, there’s a limited edition lithograph by artist Dan Mumford online at  Fandango FanShop. After the exhibit ends its public run, available poster pieces will be released online for purchase as part of a special online gallery at FandangoFanshop.com. The FanShop will also be giving away free limited edition “Thor: Ragnarok” prints with the purchase of  $35.00 or more on “Thor” merchandise, from October 25rd-December 31st and can also receive free shipping on “Thor” merchandise, including “Thor”-themed FUNKO Pop! collectibles, apparel, accessories and more available on the site.

Don’t miss out on this event in person or online!

The Hero Complex Gallery is located at 2020 S Robertson Blvd (Suite D) in Los Angeles, CA, 90034.

Keep an eye on the special online gallery at FandangoFanshop.com
