Director Bill Condon is re-shooting some scenes for the final installment of the franchise; although there is no dialogue in the first few scenes they were shooting, Kristen and Robert will be putting in their gold contacts one last time. Some of the scenes where shot at Vancouver, where they wrapped up last year.
It is not uncommon for directors to re-shoot scenes; this is even more common on big franchise films such as Twilight. I say that so fans don’t worry about the film being pushed back. From what sources say, the changes being made are going to have a lot to do with the background. For the fans that don’t know, although most already do, the first trailer was released at the opening of The Hunger Games — and I have to say the film looks good and I think it will be a successful end to the franchise.
