“Grimm” The Final Season Begins Jan 6th at 8 PM
Grimm: the final season will feature the long awaited battle between Nick and Renard. NBC has released the new images below for the show’s final season. I can say I am certainly disappointed to be losing this show, which has been a favorite for years. For those of you who don’t know, Grimm is about “a homicide detective discovers he is a descendant of hunters who fight supernatural forces.”
Grimm first aired on October 28th, 2011. It was announced on April 5th that the show’s sixth season would only consist of 13 episodes. It was later announced on August 29th that the sixth season would be the final season, much to the devastation of longtime fans of the show
The show stars Nick Giuntoli (13 Hours and Buddymoon) Bitsie Tulloch (Concussion), Russell Hornsby (Fences and Shameless), Silas Weir Mitchell (My Name is Earl), Sasha Roiz (Pompeii), Reggie Lee (Behind the Walls), Bree Turner (Life’s a Beach), and Claire Coffee (The Competition). It is a bittersweet goodbye to this show and the great family they have created together, but at least David and Bitsie found love, are engaged to be married, and gave us 6 wonderful seasons of Grimm. I look forward to their next endeavors and will certainly follow their careers are they move on from Grimm.
