The photo gives us a first look at Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Karen Fukuhara as Katana, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc and Adam Beach as Slipknot. Absent from the picture is Jared Leto’s Joker, who was revealed in a separate picture release by Ayer a little over a week ago.
The film will be the third installment in the DC Comics shared universe that Warner Bros. is setting up. It is following both 2013’s Man of Steel and next year’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Suicide Squad is set to hit theaters on August 5, 2016.
