The Conjuring 2 Prize Pack Giveaway!

CJ2GiveawayGood afternoon filmsters!

As many of you Horror fans know, James Wan’s The Conjuring 2 opened today across cinemas! I had the opportunity to see the film earlier this week, and I can tell you that fans of the first film will embrace this rare horror sequel with open arms! You can read all of my thoughts on the film HERE, but for now, the kind folks over at Warner Bros. and Grace Hill Media have given us the opportunity to give this TERRIFYING prize-pack away to our dead readers (YES, YOU!). The prize pack includes 2 t-shirts (sizes Large & Medium), 2 free movie money passes to see the film, 1 collector’s cup, and a very nice leather-bound journal.

So how could you WIN? To be eligible, all you have to do is “LIKE” We Live Entertainment’s Facebook page & COMMENT BELOW with your favorite scary movie of the past decade and share this post with your friends and family. That’s it! Its that easy. A winner will be selected at random on Monday June 13th and will be notified through Facebook.

In the highly anticipated sequel, James Wan returns to the director chair while Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprise their roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren. The Conjuring 2 tells the true story of the Enfield Poltergeist and most audiences have found the film to be even scarier than the original. The film takes place in London, England where the Warrens met with Peggy Hodgson (Frances O’Connor) who believes that something evil is living in her home. The film is intense, scary, and well made. It is a must see for horror fans.  Be sure to check out James Wan’s The Conjuring 2 which is playing everywhere starting today.

CAUTION….you may look similar to Janet Hodgson (seen below) after you’ve found out that you won the prize pack.

  1. Definitely the original Conjuring. Not only was it scary without being bloody & gory, but it had well developed characters that I really cared about. I hope I will be able to say the same for the 2nd one…can’t wait to see it.

    Thanks for the awesome contest!

  2. I have to say that my favorite scary movie of the past decade is ‘The Conjuring’! In my opinion, the film raised the bar high for the genre, in terms of storytelling, and character development. The acting was/is top notch. It’s the one film of the past 10 years which all later entries in the paranormal genre will be judged against. The Conjuring is a modern paranormal classic!

  3. Deathgasm! The Conjuring!

  4. The conjuring! ?

  5. This might sound silly, but my favorite horror movie of the past ten years is definitely The Cabin in the Woods. I had never been so amused by a horror film prior to seeing it. The cast and script were also spot-on, which added a lot of enjoyment. And oh, the horror movie references! Such a great homage to classic horror.

  6. My favorite horror film of the decade easily is The Babadook. It’s one of those films I never heard of, but got my attention because Chris Stuckmann and William Friedkin (director of my favorite horror film The Exorcist) had said this is one of the scariest horror films ever. Took their word for it and it scared the hell out of me. It’s rare when I scream during horror films, but The Babadook is one of the 3 horror films that actually made me scream. This is a psychological drama told in the vein of a horror film. There are two scenes in particular that always scare the hell out of me that I wont spoil. Also…The Babadook itself is the scariest creature of the decade so far.

  7. Cabin in the woods is it for me….freaked me out!!!

  8. John Carpenter’s The Thing is my favorite scary movie

  9. It truly is hard to pick one. The indie horror film Found would be one of the top films, I watch ALOT of horror. But Found is one that will stick with you far after the film is over. It makes you feel uneasy, shocks you and there are some very scary moments. Not the jump scare fest at all but it is one of the prime examples of why I love Independent horror films.

  10. The Conjuring! Thank you for the giveaway! 🙂

  11. My favorite scary movie of this decade was The Conjuring! So excited there’s now a sequel!

  12. Mine has to be Sinister.

  13. The first conjuring 🙂

  14. Sinister
