Universal is now talking with Luke Evans to play the villain in the sixth installment of the Fast and the Furious film franchise. Now it has already been said that Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, and The Rock are going to be returning for the film. This is the last detail they need before starting production. There has not been any word yet on the character background for the villain or the story line for that matter. The basic outline would be that Walker and Diesel’s characters are most likely still on the run while The Rock and his team are after them; the detail of the villain will add to the story, but their is no word when they will release information on the character.
Although information about Fast Six is being kept locked up tight, sources say that the film is to be set in Europe, which is kind of broad considering that Europe is a big place (but it also gives an idea on what the film could be about and where they are going with the film franchise). The only other information that was released for the film was that it is going to be coming out in May of next year.
