It is called “Marcus Finds a Voice” and it is based off the true short story “The Hat” by Elynne Chaplik-Aleskow. The movie was made for the National MS Society to help raise awareness about this disease that so many suffer from everyday. There is also a link to the short film, below the review video, so you can experience it for yourself.
