The Lone Ranger is coming to theaters in May, 2013. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Gore Verbinski team up to re-create this icon from American culture. Tonto (Johnny Depp), a spirit warrior on a quest of his own, joins John Reid (Armie Hammer), a lawman who has become a masked avenger, to fight for justice.
The Lone Ranger first appeared in 1933 in a radio show. When the show proved to be a hit, it continued to grow throughout the years. It has transitioned through a film and TV series, and is now being re-created once again. The first looks of The Lone Ranger are now out on the web, so be sure to check it out.
