Ryan Reynolds has taken to Twitter to reveal the first image of the full suit he will be wearing in 2016’s Deadpool, in which he plays the title character.

See it below:

An official logo, title card and plot synopsis for the film were release as well. All can be seen below:

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Actors starring alongside Reynolds in Deadpool include Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Gina Carano, Olesia Shewchuk and Style Dayne.

Longtime visual effects artist Tim Miller will direct the film, which has a script penned by Zombieland writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.

The film doesn’t mark the first time Ryan Reynolds has played the character of Deadpool, as he also played Deadpool in 2009’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Wolverine received mostly negative reviews from critics; however, Reynolds was praised for his performance, even if most didn’t like the direction his character went in.

Two other X-Men movies, X-Men: Apocalypse and Gambit, are set to be released in 2016 as well. Apocalypse, which will star Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence, will be coming out on May 27, 2016, while Gambit, which will star Channing Tatum as the title character, will be coming out later that year on October 7.

Principal photography for the film began this month in Vancouver, Canada.

Deadpool will hit theaters on February 12, 2016.
