Ashley Menzel: Alice Through the Looking Glass (7/10)
The film, like its predecessor, is a visual masterpiece. The costumes, makeup and sets are colorful, beautiful and enchanting. The amount of color and pizazz in the costumes are otherworldly and really help to immerse the audience in the film.
SirBrandon Vick: Alice Through the Looking Glass (3/10)
Visually speaking, the imagination & inventiveness brightens this otherwise numbing sequel enormously. In a story where time is cherished, no one spent enough of it to create something narratively exciting. Wonderland’s kookiness is all dried up with Depp’s madness wearing thin. And I won’t even comment on the ridiculous decision of having a music video precede the movie.
Chad Gleason: Alice Through the Looking Glass (6.5/10)
Visually stunning and I loved all the stuff with Sacha Baron Cohen and his minions. I also loved when Alice travels through the waves of time. The 3-D was cool. The music costumes and production design are top notch, but the most important thing, the story just wasn’t that interesting. I’m glad I saw it and I liked it but I would never probably watch it ever again
